Ingredients:

  • Your desired kratom dose (for this recipe, use kratom powder)
  • 1 cup chocolate milk (or substitute with almond chocolate milk)

Preparation:

  1. Place your kratom powder in a glass.
  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of chocolate milk (matching the amount of kratom powder).
  3. Stir until a smooth kratom paste forms.
  4. Add 4–5 tablespoons of chocolate milk and continue stirring until the mixture is lump-free and smooth.
  5. Add the remaining chocolate milk and stir until fully combined.

If any kratom particles remain after drinking, add more chocolate milk, stir well, and drink again to ensure you consume your full dose.

Kratom Chocolate Ice Cream Milkshake

 

Ingredients:

  • Your dose of kratom powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Place your kratom dose in a glass and add 2–3 tablespoons of milk. Stir until the powder fully absorbs the milk.
  2. Gradually add more milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
